High School football fever is in the air. Many state have already started but Texas high school football had a great opening week. SPE Elite National Camp has service athlete’s through out the country. There where some really great individual performances around the country.

Eric Mixon Jr. – SR – Linebacker (Aldine MacArthur) TX

What a debut for the senior. This young man has had to wait a entire year to play varsity football per UIL rules. He currently holds a Tenn. Martin offer, and more and more schools are showing there interested in him. The 6’0 220 pounder moves well in space and can keep up with wide outs. Here is his stat line for his debut (#7) Eric Mixon Jr. Is one of the best Linebackers in Texas. Stat line vs Klein Forest (10 Tackles, 2 Sack, 2 Forced Fumbles, 4 QB hurry’s)

Bryce Young – SR – Quarterback (Mater Dei) CA -USC commit

The USC-committed Young completed 16 of 21 passes for 301 yards and four touchdowns in the first half. He helped Mater Dei at Santa score seven first-half touchdowns en route to a 63-7 victory over Villa Park.

Taylor Eaton – SR – Wide Receiver (Aldine MacArthur) TX

He is the next coming of Percy Harvin is in Aldine. Coming off a big year last year, he has started this year showcasing his speed. He had five receptions for 88 yards and one 52 yard rushing touchdowns. He is a coverage mismatch for teams.

Quinton Cage – SR – Defense Back (Archbishop Rummel) LA

Quinton is one of the players in Louisiana who currently holds 4 offers. He recorded 73 tackles with seven sacks and four forced fumbles for Rummel, which limited five foes to single-digit scoring in 2018. He created  big plays in Rummel defense last week and had 7 pbu’s and 3 tackles.

Macen Williams – SR – Defensive Back (Narbonne) CA -Arizona State commit

Narbonne first lost of the season, Macen played very sound game. He showcases very great ball skills. He has really came into his own. He played a great game and ended with 6 tackles, 4 pbu’s.

 

Joshua Eaton  – SR – Athlete (Aldine MacArthur) TX – Texas commit

Joshua Eaton has been well-known for his talents on both side of the ball. The Texas-commit finished Friday’s win against Klein Forest with a bone crushing hit, fumble recovery, a few tackles, a impressive bump on a wide receiver   and a 3rd down conversion while playing wide receiver.

DJ Uiagalelei  – SR – Quarterback (St. John Bosco) CA – Clemson commit

Clemson commit DJ Uiagalelei threw for 212 yards and four touchdowns and ran for 45 yards and a touchdown.

 

TJ Finley  – SR – Quarterback (Ponchatoula ) LA – LSU commit

The 6’6 240 pound stud quarterback from Louisiana show cased his running ability in this one. T.J. Finley stat line was, 8-14, 114 yards with 2 rushing TD’s.

 

 

 

Kris Hutson  – SR – Wide Recevier (St. John Bosco ) CA – Oregon commit

This Duck commit is showing why he is one of the most dangerous athlete’s in the country. He can flat play the game and is a big part of that St. John Bosco Offense.

 

CJ Montes  – JR – Quarterback (Paraclete) CA – 

Young CJ Montes had a big performance last week as well he put up great numbers vs Chaminade  Montes completed 14 of 24 passes for 262 yards 3 TD’s. He threw passes of 16, 65, 88 he is one to watch this season.
