Peanut Butter Mug Cake with Peanut Butter Reddi-wip Topping

Serves: 1-2

Ingredients:

4 tbsp of Peanut Pan Simply Ground Peanut Butter

1 can Reddi-wip Extra Creamy whipped topping

4 tbsp of all-purpose flour

1 tsp of vanilla extract

¼ tsp of baking powder

4 tsp of sugar

⅓ cup of whole milk

1)   Combine three tablespoons of Peter Pan Peanut Butter with flour, sugar, milk, vanilla and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Combine until you’ve reached a smooth consistency.

2)   Add contents of the bowl to a large coffee mug.

3)   Microwave the mug for about one minute (depending on your microwave).

4)   Let the mug cool completely.

5)   Using a small microwaveable bowl, melt the last tablespoon of peanut butter in the microwave until it becomes thin.

6)   Add the Reddi-wip to the top of the mug cake and drizzle the peanut butter glaze.
